GoOpto is a subscription-based software platform. By purchasing a subscription, you gain immediate access to digital services, features, and tools.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected].

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will retain access until the end of the paid period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time

Refunds

All GoOpto subscriptions are non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted.

  • The platform fails to function as described
  • A material service issue that cannot be resolved by our support team

Free Trials

  • You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
