"Partially compliant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We conducted our most recent accessibility evaluation in July 2026. For more information, see the Non-Accessible Content section below.

Below is a description of known limitations we are working to address:

1. Third-party embedded content: Some embedded videos and media provided by third parties may lack closed captions or transcripts.
2. Legacy documents: Some older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen reader compatibility.
3. Customer-created content: Pages, forms, and funnels created by our customers using our platform tools may not conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as their content and structure are outside our direct control.

We are actively working to address these issues as part of an ongoing plan to improve accessibility.

GoOpto strives to make its platform accessible to the widest possible audience and is working toward alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines. However, GoOpto does not warrant or guarantee that all content, features, or third-party integrations will be fully accessible at all times. Accessibility may vary by user configuration, device, browser, or customer-created content. GoOpto assumes no liability for accessibility issues arising from third-party services, user-generated content, or modifications made outside of GoOpto's direct control.
